[R] Re-sizing R graphics for Sweave

Another approach is to use horizontal boxplots.  With the lattice
package you can use

library(lattice)
bwplot(grps ~ obs, mydata)

If you prefer to use the boxplot function then use the optional
argument horizontal = TRUE.
