[R] Is this a bug of pweibull()? (Follow up)

Dear Prof. Ripley,
                                                                                
Extremely sorry for my ignorance on the new function expm1()
that affects pweibull() in some cases!
Since I am not using C for a long time that also makes me to
ignore the news/changes that involving C codes.

Thanks very much for your response and explanation.
BTW, thanks Prof. Fox for his testing on Win2000.
