[R] increasing memory size

Close the quotes before appending the parameters, thus writing

"F:\Program Files\rw0901\bin\Rgui.exe" --vsize 20M --nsize 2M

That should do it (did it for me). I'm no Windows expert, so don't ask why
this is necessary (shouldn't be, IMHO)
