No, and it has got upgraded to ctest_0.9-10 and then ctest_0.9-11 since. I
don't announce new versions (anymore than CRAN does). Simon F's advice is
very generally good: if you have a problem, do go and get the latest
version (and also check if the Windows port is the same version as the
code on CRAN, as I only check every couple of weeks).
There have been known problems with ctest_0.9-8 and with modreg in rw0632:
in each case the version now in the contrib section on CRAN solves those
problems.
