[R] Fishers exact test

Simon,

if you're using Brian Ripley's Windoze-compiled libraries any older than
a couple of weeks, there was a symbol clash in the compiled code. Now
fixed, so just download a new copy of ctest from CRAN. I'm not sure the
new version got announced on the list (hence I now cc).
