Hi,
I'm trying to analyze my data using multtest and I'm getting the following error
message. Any ideas what might be going wrong?
> teststat <- mt.teststat(dat,tissue,test="t")
Error in array(x, c(length(x), 1), if (!is.null(names(x))) list(names(x), :
dim<- : dims [product 8] do not match the length of object [0]
