It's harmless. The 'shadowed' packages is a debug helper to isolate a
possible 'why is my updated package not reflected' question. It does no harm
in general, R will use the first version found if several are available. Now,
bspm itself must be in /usr/local for handshake to the python-apt interface
and the sudo capability.
