[R] checksums for R src file

Yes, these are in the release announcements. They are deliberately not kept with the actual files due to security considerations. The easiest source is

https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-announce/2021/date.html

(because that mailing list doesn't contain much other than release announcements).
