[R] Ubuntu 18.04 R repo bionic-cran35 seems to be broken

Just today I did a routine upgrade and got some updated packages from cran:

In my sources.list:

micha using RMS ~ $ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list
deb https://cloud.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu bionic-cran35/


Seems OK to me.
