[R] Setting .Rprofile for RStudio on a Windows 7 x64bit

Did you try any of the troubleshooting I suggested? If you do that, I'm
99.99% certain it'll help you to resolve this.

The usage gets a mention in "An Introduction to R" --- but I had to search
for it.
