[R] Labeling world map

I draw world map using 
library(maptools)
> library(ggmap)
> library(mapdata)
> library(maps)
>map("world",fill=TRUE,col="White",bg="light
blue",ylim=c(-60,90),mar=c(0,0,0,0))
>native <- c("brazil","sao paulo state")
> nat <-geocode(native)
>nat.x <- nat$lon
> nat.y <- nat$lat
>points(nat.x,nat.y,col="yellow",pch=16)
How can i put lilte for this map and label points
