[R] how to install and use Rcplex package

Hi,

Thanks for your email. When I use that line, I received the following
messages from R:

package ‘Rcplex’ is available as a source package but not as a binary

package ‘Rcplex’ is not available (for R version 3.1.1)

So, do you see what the problem is?
