I am having the same problem
  
trainImp <- rfImpute(train[,!colnames(train)=="score"],train$score)
yields

Error in randomForest.default(xf, y, ntree = ntree, ..., do.trace = ntree, 
:
  NA not permitted in predictors

any ideas?
