[R] change specific factor level values to NA in data frame

Hello,
A possibility is the following.
icol <- sapply(df, is.factor)
df[icol] <- lapply(df[icol], function(x){
x[as.character(x) %in% c('Not applicable', 'Invalid', 'Missing')] <- NA
x})
