Not on my system (Mac OS X):

> pnorm(-1.53,0,1)
[1] 0.06300836

But check your typing, and/or eyesight, before blaming R:

> pnorm(-1.63,0,1)
[1] 0.05155075
> pnorm(-1.53,0.1)
[1] 0.05155075
