Ah yes, I can open it with Notepad...it reads the following:

* installing *source* package 'QRMlib' ...
** Creating default NAMESPACE file
** libs
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'QRMlib'
* removing 'C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-214~1.1/bin/QRMLIB~1.RCH/QRMlib'
