Hi
This question is towards development of packages, but I think it does
not fit into R-devel mailing list, so I post it here.
I would like to use git as the VCS for my packages, but still be able
to use the "magic" of R-forge.
I know how to mgrate the existing SVN repo from R-forge to e.g.
github, and I am a little bit familiar with using git - so no problem
here.
But where to from there? How can I bring the "magic" of R-forge into
the game?
I thought about pushing only releases to the SVN on R-forge so that
the package are then created - but what is the best workflow for this?
As many packages are hosted on github, there should be an easy and way
to do it?
Thanks,
Rainer
