[R] Overlapping plot in lattice

Hi:
One way is to create a vector of pch values that you can pass into xyplot, e.g.,
dd <- data.frame(x = 1:10, y = 1:10, pch = c(rep(1, 5), 16, rep(1, 4)))
library('lattice')
xyplot(y ~ x, data = dd, pch = dd$pch, col = 1)
