[R] dbWriteTable error message

For the record, this sort of message almost always indicates internal 
corruption of R objects, so run the example under valgrind.

Oh, you failed to tell us the 'at a minimum' information required by 
the posting guide, so we don't know if valgrind runs on your platform.
