[R] Installation of XMLPRC package

What you specified in "repos" is not a repository nor a path to the 
package. You probably just want to setRepositories(), choose Omegahat 
and then install.packages("XMLRPC") or directly:

install.packages("XMLRPC", repos="http://www.omegahat.org/R")
