[R] packagename:::functionname vs. importFrom

Hi Frank,

I think you mean packagename::functionname?  The three colon form is
for accessing non-exported objects.  Otherwise, I think using :: vs
importFrom is functionally identical - either approach delays package
loading until necessary.
