Nothing was attached. In any case, please follow the posting guide
and tell us your platform and graphics device and give a reproducible
example. They way this is done is in detail device- and OS-specific,
but the 'family' and 'pointsize' arguments to the device will give you
are good start.
If you really want 'Times New Roman' you will need to know exactly
what that means -- it is a Monotype copyright font with several
versions. Your OS may have one of those, or it may have a clone and
you may need to buy a licence to one of the originals.
If all you need is something in the 'Times Roman' family the Adobe and
URW versions become available to you: for many devices one of those is
selected by family="Times".
