[R] C# DLL Library

The link works fine for me on firefox, chrome and safari.
Other ways to get to it are:
- search "rcpp mailing list" on google.
- go to r-forge (again google knows where), click on the "Rcpp - R/C++
interface", click on the "Lists" tab, click on subscribe, etc ...
