[R] Optmatch

Hello ,

i want to work with the optmatch-package
(http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/optmatch/index.html)..
Like many other packages , the "information-window" opens after the
library()-command.

How can i stop this? The "Information-Window" must not open a single time! 
How can i handle this problem?
