[R] any one knowing how to install library (equate)?

Hi Grace,

I'm using the UCLA mirror and this code installs equate fine for me.

#install the package (note that the quoted name)
install.packages("equate")

#load the package
library(equate)

It also looks like the packages has passed the CRAN checks for all
OSes, so availability is probably not an issue.
