[R] Bhapkar V test

Hi Karl,
just today I've quickly implemented the Bhapkar V test in R. You can find

The code is not beatiful, and it works only with three groups (but it works
:) ).
ASAP I will extend the function to n groups. You can easily modify the code,
if you need to test more then three groups.
