[R] how can I stop getting email from every comment posted in this forum?

Go to the following link and at the bottom of the page there is an option to unsubscribe or change your mail settings. You will need to login and then you can disable mail delivery to your account, but you will remain subscribed to the list.

If you don't remember your password, you can have it emailed to you. That's all there is to it.
