[R] problem with rgl package

Dear R People:

Here is something strange.  I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 with R 2.9.0.

I need to have the rgl package.  Here are my results from installing:

The downloaded packages are in
	/tmp/RtmpiJh20a/downloaded_packages
Warning message:
In install.packages("rgl") :

So presumably there is not an X11.  But when I put in "capabilities",
it seems to be there.
