There is playwith, and latticist, which seem cross-platform (binaries
available for both Mac&Win). rattle uses latticist.
Rcmdr can be used for saving graphs.
JavaGD (used in JGR) saves PDF and EPS plots, but I was not very happy
with the quality of the graphics saved.
