[R] Repository missing hmisc

I wondered about this to.  If you go to your favourite CRAN site and check the
package list, there are links to a readme and a check log for the windows
binary.  Apparently there are some errors at present with compiling Hmisc (or
perhaps some of its dependencies?) against R 2.8.0. :-)
