[R] how to let R support Chinese fonts in charts?

Hi everyone,

I plotted a chart this morning, which should have Chinese lables for the
points. I made the chart via:

and then I got the chart looks like the attached one.

I know should be the encoding problem,but I don't know where I can change
it.

any ideas on this will be greatly appreciated.
