Aargh... Support staff alerted.

Presumably, this happened in connection with the server move in early 
July. Mail-invoked interfaces are such a pain -- if the program gets 
disabled for whatever reason, reports just pile up in the "R-bugs" 
user's mailbox until it overruns.
