[R] using names with functions..

Names not conforming to the usual R syntax can be placed
in backquotes:

> `log(x)` <- 1:10
> lm(`log(x)` ~ 1)

Call:
lm(formula = `log(x)` ~ 1)

Coefficients:
(Intercept)
        5.5
