[R] generating .Rd files

Hi R Gurus!

I have a package that I am putting together.

I waited until the end to do the documentation and would like to
generate a set of "empty" .Rd files.

Is there a quick way to do this, please?

PS I can't seem to access the "Writing R Extensions" manual from 2.6.1
on Windows.
