To solve your problem you must use the options xlim, ylim in your biplot
par(mfrow=c(2,1))
biplot(...,xlim=c(minimun,maximun),ylim=c(minimun,maximun),...)
biplot(...,xlim=c(minimun,maximun),ylim=c(minimun,maximun),...)
