[R] Arranging multiple lattice plots in one page

Hi,

   I am trying to arrange 3 different lattice plots in
one page. I tried defining par and layout without
success.

What I wrote looks something like this:

par(mfrow=c(3,1))

barplot(...)
xyplot(...)
barplot(...)
