Or add a '%s' to your bookmark definition:
"http://finzi.psych.upenn.edu/cgi-bin/namazu.cgi?idxname=functions&idxname=docs&idxname=Rhelp02a&query=%s"
and assign it the keyword 'rsite'
then 'rsite <search terms>' will do the search
