[R] Efficient ways of finding functions and Breslow-Day test for homogeneity of the odds ratio

I don't recall seeing the Breslow-Day test anywhere in an R package, but
the VCD package (available via CRAN) has a function called woolf_test()
to calculate Woolf's test for homogeneity of ORs.
