MyRpackages does not need to be here.

The first slash in "/MyRPackages" sugests that this is a top level
directory, which does not exist.
Even better, cd to MyRpackages, add R's bin dir to your path variable,
and simply say:

R CMD INSTALL example

Well, make.exe is not find in your path. Please check whether the file
exists and the path has been added.
