[R] Fortran in R??

You definitely need to compile it before using dyn.load.  Instructions
for how to do this sort of thing are in Writing R Extensions manual,
which is distributed with R.

It is usually easiest to compile using the R script, e.g.

R CMD SHLIB myprog.f
