[R] tkclipboard.append(...) and TCL_LIBRARY not set

Potentially, you could sink() to a text connection and then
tkclipboard.append(paste(lines,collapse="\n")). However, I bet noone
actually tried this, and I'm unsure whether it works on Windows or
perhaps might be an X11-only feature.
