[R] R-1.5 support for HDF5-1.4.3 available for RedHat 7.3

I just  updated and tested these. Hope they work for you:

I have been building hdf5 rpms a long time, no complaints yet:

And here is an RPM/SRPM for the R library hdf5, which Marcus Daniels 
developed.

I've loaded hdf5 datasets into R and confirmed this works.
