[R] Code for simulating nonlinear mixed models from nlme

Dear R-users,
I would like to know if there is available any R code for the simulation
of fitted nlme objects. I am interested in predicting future observations
and the uncertainty associated to the prediction, being able to use the
random effect structure from the R model object, if possible.
