[R] Solaris R installation

Hi, 

I am trying to install R on Solaris. 
After unpacking, issued the command :
./configure --prefix=/home/nj/R/NJ-R
(as I wanted to install on my local space).
Gives me the following ouput with the warnings that 
manuals can't be installed, which in turn fails 
make command also. 

C++ compiler seems fine. Any sugeestions?
