[R] printing from graphics window in R-1.5.0 on WinNT

This has been tracked down and is fixed in R-patched.

In general we would encourage people building from source to use R-patched
(perhaps most easily via R-sync, but there are daily snapshots).  There are
a number of bug fixes/workarounds found whilst 1.5.0 was in code-freeze, as
well as fixes for others reported since.  Not only do you get better code
but also we gain from the experience of people using the patched code.
