Dear Norbert

tseries is a package for R and it should work under most platforms (including
Linux and Windows) supported by R. So I guess the calls are not Linux specific,
but maybe R specific?

No. My only platform is Linux. I am not sure who is responsible for the Windows
dll (B. D. Ripley?). But I cc this email to R-help. Maybe you get some feedback
from there.
