[R] Uncomplete code with pictex device driver

Ptatform: linux RdeHat 7.2
R version : 1.4.1
Prblem : pictex driver

I draw an histogram of a vector of size 759. When I graph this histogram
in a X11 windows there is no problem.
But I want to export my graphics in pictex mode the pictex code stops
after a 750 lines.... as if there was not enough memory to generate the
entire code. What appends ?...
