[R] writing fortran routines

Well, for `documentations for writing fortran routines', consult a Fortran
book.

For examples of using Fortran with R, see the version of that manual in
R-devel, or `S Programming' or tens of the packages on CRAN: the base
packages modreg and ts use Fortran, as does the recommended package
KernSmooth.
