Actually it (MASS4) is available from Amazon US.  I "pre-ordered" MASS4 in
July, and about 5 days ago I got an email from Amazon saying it has been
shipped.  Having said that, their web site still shows it is not published
yet,  I guess they probably have not updated their database yet.
