[R] Installing loading package cclust -Windows

[srinivasa raghavan]

Hi R-users,

   I try to install "cclust" package binary for
windows but the package was not available for loading
from the load package menu in windows.The Zip file was
downloaded in to folder "library" inside the folder
"rw1030". 

   It is not clear what is wrong.Any help will be
appreciated.
